How to remove a task in Ubuntu?

How to complete the program in Ubuntu? It constantly freezes and stops responding. Launch gnome-system-monitor and select End and Kill. Nothing happens. Using htop to kill the storm also does not work. We have to restart the PC. What to do?

kill-s 1 PID_процесса?
Does not help. Tried kill -9 {PID}. Does not react - rupert_Weissnat79 commented on July 2nd 19 at 18:35
: hmm... let's see here stackoverflow.com/questions/26524923/phpstorm-free... you should stop the issue. and generally abuse the brakes on the phpstorm website developers in bulk... - Arielle15 commented on July 2nd 19 at 18:38

Read the logs idea
You need to kill the process named phpstorm, and the java process with parameters, which is the way to phpstorm

We must fight not with symptoms but with the disease. Most likely the storm consumes all of the RAM that often happens on Windows. You can try to disable unnecessary plugins via the settings menu.
