Can't deal with AWS amazone, what is there for free?

Hello! Recently signed up to Amazon to get a free year of VPS for learning. To use the free plan Windows, it's very much traffic. Was the account on my personal card, and while money doesn't. Recently the Internet found that there are a bunch of people who paid a good amount of randomness, and so would not want to get stuck as well. Can someone versed in this issue, please explain to me how to proceed to withdraw money from the account. Are there any limitations on traffic, online reservations, loading servers, the storage that I might accidentally exceed the working using remote desktop with Windows? Can't deal with the info on the website. I would be very grateful for the explanation, thanks in advance)

Here writes, but the choice of OS is not Windows server 32 bit that says Free tier eligible only 64. Or all what you can choose - for free? 5b5861c8aaf3c761286409.png - Michael.Watsica commented on June 3rd 19 at 19:15
