Solution
No, page's DOM is changed only in the browser via js and not server-side, server-generated html itself.
Thanks for the help!
Can you tell me how to send data from a variable node.js in the js? - Harley_Kerluke commented on June 3rd 19 at 19:03
recorded in some global variable that you need, for example
the <script>window.MYGLOBALVAR = [1,2,3,4,5,6,7]</script>

and on the frond just called MYGLOBALVAR - antonia_Wintheiser80 commented on June 3rd 19 at 19:06
