The input cursor anywhere in the browser Windows?

Recently found a bug in browser in Win10: when you click anywhere on the document in the browser appears a blinking cursor as in input. Anyone faced with? To work is not affected, but it looks weird. A screenshot is attached.5b548a5db2499922684659.jpeg

,
firefox-p to start the dialogue ,it will create a new profile
with him and run.
the old profile will remain.
bookmarks/passwords and the rest of the FSE can be transferred from the old to the new
PS
if the cursor does this in any browser
the problem is clearly not in it (not the browser) - kareem_Kohler41 commented on June 3rd 19 at 19:07

Apparently you press F7 in Microsoft Edge.

Press again this key to mute.
Yes, I have the Edge at present. Windows 10 LTSB. In Firefox, pressed - it is proposed to include the active cursor, so that's not the problem. - antone78 commented on June 3rd 19 at 19:06
