How to make webpack-dev-server to follow the html files and update the browser?

After almost 7 hours watching any videos I could configure the web pack as I need.
The only thing I'm missing - update HTML. For example, I write the layout, create a new HTML file and that would be the dev-server has updated the page, changing the layout.

What plugin is it implemented? And implemented at all?

My webpackconfig -
Pow
let path = require('path')
let MiniCssExtractPlugin = require("mini-css-extract-plugin");
let UglifyJsPlugin = require("uglifyjs-webpack-plugin");
let OptimizeCSSAssetsPlugin = require("optimize-css-assets-webpack-plugin");

let conf = {
 entry: "./src/app.js",
 output: {
 path: path.resolve(__dirname, './dist'),
 filename: "app.js",
 publicPath: "dist/"
},
 devServer: {
 overlay: true
},
 module: {
 rules: [
{
 test: /\.js$/,
 loader: "babel-loader",
 //exclude: '/node_modules/'
},
{
 test: /\.(less|css)$/,
 use: [
MiniCssExtractPlugin.loader
'css-loader',
'less-loader'
]
}
]
},
 plugins: [
 new MiniCssExtractPlugin({
 filename: "[name].css",
})
],
 optimization: {
 minimizer: [
 new UglifyJsPlugin({
 cache: true,
 parallel: true
 sourceMap: true
}),
 new OptimizeCSSAssetsPlugin({})
]
}
}

module.exports = (env, options) => {
 let prod = options.mode === 'development';

 conf.devtool = prod ? false : 'eval-sourcemap';

 return conf;
}
