I bought a Viewsonic VX2453mh-LED
Recommended monitor resolution of 1920x1080. Connected via HDMI, graphics card NvidiaGeforce GTS 450, Windows 10 x64.
When setting the resolution to 1920x1080 the screen is cropped on all edges. In monitor settings, the settings image adjustment inactive (I read on forums, write it's OK if connected via HDMI). The monitor driver refuses to install that via DriverPack that if you download from official website, error install display driver.
Now the resolution set to 1600x1200 the picture is fully fit, though the picture is blurry.
