How to store data in a database on the Bootstrap grid?

Good day to all!
Prompt who faced with this challenge:
A user in admin interface(not Django, custom) need to create dashboards(something like workspace), inside of which the grid needs to store data in each cell, so you must first create a grid bootstrap(to store data of rows and columns) and further to each cell to back up data chart types, widgets and etc.
I can not understand how to organize the storage of these data in the database, how should be structured data?
Maybe even have some sort of package like that?

Solution
We just store for each block the number of columns as a number. In the admin it looks like vypadalo from 1 to 12.
However, not bootstrap, but the essence is the same.
For the rows the checkbox "line break after block" as Yes/no.
