Is there any chance to work in large companies not having IN?

Surface having tried many areas of software development stopped on the game, as it's really interesting and fun. But is it possible to work in game development without higher education? I'm talking about game development of AAA games, and not about unity-offices are every week working on the new "3 in a row" for gamers.
In my town jobs game development there is only of Wargaming and Ubisoft. Requirements are not much different, except that the latter require knowledge of technical English. But they are not IN demand anywhere on this they have not written.
If we consider jobs from other countries and there (not all) require it IN CS or SE with that so directly and write in requirements that need a bachelor's degree or higher in CS.
I go not to the best, without exaggeration, sharaga, not on the Prefecture of specialty and sense to study there. But I don't see much sense to get an education somewhere else. Except that after training to go over the hill and try there, the money would have been.
Do I need to worry about this issue?

Solution
A lot of companies. A lot of projects. Heads a lot.

You understand that the adoption decision depends not on the opinions of random people on the toaster, and the particular project Manager or a HR-RA, who will consider your resume.

And if you are on the toaster all say "I don't need anyone IN", and the project Manager will say "no IN - bye", you screenshots with the toaster not persuaded.

Go to them directly and ask for employment.

Need to worry will be when will not give a work visa.
Or when you want to work in state-owned companies.

The rest of formal education - not interested.
You can read more about work visa? The obstacle is the unwillingness of the company to help with the visa? Or of the state in which IN is a prerequisite for obtaining a visa? In the latter case, because you need education in the specialty for which you will work in their country. - lula71 commented on June 3rd 19 at 19:29
States are rather strict about visas, so you can just refuse, arguing that you can't be a specialist in this area without IN.
Here more depends on the company - it can be big, and maybe no. Type "tickets we pay for you, and the visa itself kept. Not designed - well then, not fate, will find another." - Jeff28 commented on June 3rd 19 at 19:32
I wrote this in response to another question. The company will help you in dealing with various visa issues only in one case if you well very valuable. - ara_Spencer18 commented on June 3rd 19 at 19:35
most countries issuance of work visa is only possible in the presence OF. This is primarily a requirement of the migration service. Without to simply do not give. Heard something more about the relevant experience, a proven track record of N years can be counted instead of education, but how many years and how it is so don't know. And of course education and experience must be in the specialty. With a law degree you won't work a game designer. - ulises.Windl commented on June 3rd 19 at 19:38

But they are not IN demand anywhere on this they have not written.

Does the fact that if the fence is no inscription "h.." - he's actually not? Or for guarantees to go and see?

The bigger the office the more difficult and formulisanje it business processes, including hiring staff. If a particular girl is acara the requirements of "the presence" - she just will not consider summary without it.
Nevertheless, the best way is to find out at least on the phone.

Here I am working in a large company (30k employees). I know that in some departments take without V/o, some don't. It's all at the mercy of the Manager. I would not take it.
why? - lula71 commented on June 3rd 19 at 19:33
in most cases, people with no V/o have limited social skills and poor labour discipline, lack of tact and business ethics. Large office - primarily group work. Although it is possible to make an exception for people with proven experience of 15+ years. - Jeff28 commented on June 3rd 19 at 19:36

If you look at things soberly, diplomas from most Universities of the CIS countries abroad nafig nobody needs. But once you started, you better finish this thing and get a diploma. Suddenly he once useful.

PS I Have no IN, but not because I quit school, because one teacher-radish I was expelled. If he didn't, then at least a bachelor's degree I'd get, then probably would not have gone =)
