Automation of calculation of estimates. How to implement?

Hello! Please help with the implementation of automated scoring of people.

The table records the answers to the tests.
These people's answers consist of two numbers.
If the person's answer is absolutely true (both are true), then next to that user to give a mark - 3. If one of those two numbers is true, then supply - 2 points, if the first number is greater than the second - 1 point, and if nothing is wrong - 0 points. Should check several conditions.

I'll try to describe the problem more differently:
The first condition: If X=X1 and Y=Y1, then in the cell to record a - 3;
The second condition: If X - Y = X1 - Y1, in the cell record - 2;
The third condition: If X > Y = X1 > Y1, the cell write 1;
Fourth condition: If all three conditions are not met, then the cell record 0!

Yet been able to implement such a formula to a cell: =IF(DELTA(C3=C4;D3=D4);3;0)

Ie, the formula checks the specified correct answers, and puts the 3 ball, or 0 if not the same. But she says the 3 ball, even if the number of cell C3 will be the same as the D4, which should not be.. are unable to realize full expression to check for all 4 conditions..

Help please, who knows. You can thank the beer or juice))

if you do not understand how it is just write a formula to do the following:
1. write down separately all the scan options (run - number of balls, nevypolnima - 0)
2. The syntax of the IF condition looks like IF(Condition;Value-eclipsemovie=TRUE;Value eclipsemovie=FALSE)
So in your example specified =IF(DELTA(C3=C4;D3=D4);3;0)
You need instead of 0 in your condition to insert the second formula, it is the third and so on

Example in Your case, the result:
=IF(both numbers are correct;3;IF(one of the two numbers right;2;IF(if first number is greater than the second;1;0)))

The most important thing at the end of the number of closing brackets should meet the count IF
Thank you so much, now I will try! - Noemie.Oberbrunner commented on June 3rd 19 at 19:28
