In this case, the Manager will be geographically located in my city, but will work remotely. Calls will go from all Russia. Less frequently, the Manager will call.

It is important for me to see at least simple statements - how many seconds the Manager is responsible whether.
Advanced control - listening to the recorded conversations.
Since the employee on freelancing, communication must be done through the web interface, and/or smartphone.

And Yes, legally it is not decorated. Accordingly, the service, working with physicists.

virtual office, virtual PBX. it's all there. these services a lot. I used UIS (from Beeline). ~1000 per month + minutes. but physicists do not know.

Sergey, do a bunch of options. Only Here the 8800 as far as I know is not a cheap service + is issued only on the Eureka. If you find the physics and throw a link too an interesting question.
