How to organize the files *.html in the project?

The question is very General nature, there is a small project of about 20 pages of the directory file html, how to place them correctly? at the root of the website, or in a special directory?
UPD. I just rubatab, with template HTML5!Boilerplate and structure /dist everything is there but the folder for htmlc.
