Error 109 when opening how to open using Adobe Acrobat? Convert PDF to Visio possible?

Asked a friend for help, may lose job, he is already in age - because of a very difficult problem. I don't understand, but want to try and help. I hope to give options. Thanks in advance for your response.

The essence of the problem:

1) the Problem is that when he makes changes to the PDF using Foxit Reader (a title I do not remember exactly now), then the file will not open in Adobe Acrobat Reader (error 109) - and it was, now give it to open, although it was used for 7 years to work in Foxit. How to avoid this problem.

2) Need a Converter from PDF to VISIO, but very concerned about the issue can go as far as formatting (in the projects present drawings and description). Well, the name of a good Converter should (or variants)

Again, thank you in advance for your help.

PS the option to manually redo everything for him not to realize, retirement age, and remake very much, and attacking the capital.

Solution
I found a solution:

- Fill up the PDF in Google Chrome

- Press "Print"

- Choose "Virtual Printer Windows"

- Save this file

Adobe Acrobat all open.

P/S the way this can incorrectly labeled any of the details, but the direction is. In the end everything is fine - nothing flies in terms of formatting and so on.

There is no such. FineReader approximately may to editable Word. But as a rule the drawings are all going in all directions and possible typing errors. Depends on the quality of the PDF.

Open the document with word if the formatting survives, then hit "Save as PDF" and the idea everything will be OK.
Or another option is to open Foxit and from a print vindovsky printer.

Ah, didn't look at the date the question probably is not relevant.
In any case, thanks for the help Nikolai. I watched the reply, didn't have time to log in and reply. Thanks for the help.
