User interface CRUD(html, css) to REST JSON. What to do?

Good day!
There is a REST api that returns JSON.
This api provides a mechanism of displaying and updating data (CRUD).
Advise on what you can do Web-interface in the browser for the user?
Need to quickly create a prototype.
For Example, RESTool.
Seems to fit...
But RESTool install failed - downloaded 300 MB, the heap error, no result.
Anything else like not found.

What do you recommend to try?

In my opinion to use something like RESTool or admin say-on-rest is not worth it! Namuchaetes then. It is easier to take something like vue or react easy to write, on the study will spend no more than 2 days to figure out if you have experience in programming(specifically talking about the vue js).
Eugene, thanks for the reply!
Yes, looking in the direction of the Angular or Vue.
But I'm afraid to dig into the details...
The prototype still.
Any advice for a quick start? - Chyna_Schust commented on June 3rd 19 at 19:40
For a quick I'm more inclined to vue. Though he is similar to angular, but still it is a lot easier. With angulares will have to really dig. Vue is very easy to learn. - Rowland commented on June 3rd 19 at 19:43
