How to create, integrate email signature in Outlook?

Went to task on creating a signature to the email (I understand this is also the same as email template or is it still there?) with its further integration into Outlook. email template already typeset so what about email layout do not ask, just rather interested in how to test and integrate this signature in Outlook? I tried this method link but in the end comes in the form of html code. Is there a way to integrate the signature as html or just create manually using the Outlook editor?

but what is very strange - the structure of the signature and the letters are created through Outlook consists of a div, but what about the tables ?) - Mara commented on June 3rd 19 at 19:40
no, in code, and need the headlines

ie sends as Outlook that MTA immediately recognize the html as html and not as text - Juanita17 commented on June 3rd 19 at 19:43
