Who yuzal XAMPP for Linux?

Who yuzal XAMPP for Linux can you help? Here I yuzal on the Windows OpenServer, I had a folder /public_html/www/... where I created the directory and yuzal as a domain name. Where is(referring to XAMPP for Linux) to create your files ? And really all the time the editor needs to run through terminal: sudo sublime that would give privileges to edit the editor ?
PS just moved to Linux. Is there some sort of documentation or course on Linux web developer?

Solution
Here naryl about XAMPPa : Pow
And about virtualmin is quite an interesting solution to the problem may try in the near future.
However this does not solve the problem with access rights. About the "install to" install set and configure everything then I could not :(
and you thought that everything is so simple)) learn! - albertha.Medhur commented on July 4th 19 at 22:51

1. to be able to edit on the files and folders should be on the rights to edit your user under which runs the editor or to the group in which it consists. sudo launches the editor with the rights Ruta, is therefore everywhere, but it's wrong. Google chown and chmod to change ownership and permissions on the directory.
2. why do you need XAMPP? put in manual everything you need, at the same time will receive a basic knowledge about configuring the server environment (good guslitsa it all once or twice)

I already many times wrote here and put Virtualmin enjoy.
He tightens all web server needs and provides a web management interface.
