In any OSes except Windows, EXE and BAT supported formats?

Then the other day I thought to buy a single-Board computer Rasberry pi 3, but unfortunately it does not support Windows. Could you tell me which operating systems except Windows supported Exe And Вat formats, and other application formats?
Wanted to take Windows to go, but alas... I like minicomp need to run a few simple programs for autoposting, analogues to which are not seen for other OSes. Well, for zapechatyvanie text. And of course for watching movies or music on the Internet. And one game Rimworld really hooked.
If tional files are run, but through apps or emulators, then tell me at the same time how much it will be shipping the processor and slow down Malinki?

bat is not an executable file. Is a script language interpreter which is command.com. Exe (or rather MZ, LE, NE and PE executable files), a file format DOS/Windows and OS/2, other systems not working.
And in other OS no understanding of these files? For example opening in the other OSes EXE, he did not present the type of archives or reetro in terms of understanding and reading? - otis.Hyatt commented on July 4th 19 at 22:51
: No. Only if the wine supply. - Esta_Upton commented on July 4th 19 at 22:54
And he will ship the processor? Through it the game is somehow going to play? - otis.Hyatt commented on July 4th 19 at 22:57
In the modern - of course not. Some games are a sample of 2007 and earlier can start. Or may not. But the software works in most, well, not counting the heavyweights such as autocad. It is necessary to try. - Esta_Upton commented on July 4th 19 at 23:00
and Wine supports the program through access to the Internet? - otis.Hyatt commented on July 4th 19 at 23:03
: Can support, I have not tried - Esta_Upton commented on July 4th 19 at 23:06

Maybe a tablet with Windows?
If they had a few usb... and version of Windows for tablet and computer are different. - otis.Hyatt commented on July 4th 19 at 22:55
:
1. you can use a usb hub
2. on many tablets is the desktop version of Windows (not RT), for example here - Esta_Upton commented on July 4th 19 at 22:58
I also choose single Board computer due to physical considerations and screen sizes. And in the tablet 100 so clear that you can paypacket total))
And as I said, the version of Windows in tablets is different from that on computers and laptops, not the fact that the file starts. - otis.Hyatt commented on July 4th 19 at 23:01
: a feeling as if you are trying to persuade, and you are saying :)
version of Windows is NO different (if not RT version) - Esta_Upton commented on July 4th 19 at 23:04

I have not tried 3 "raspberry" - but for your tasks it performance 100% is not enough.
The reason is simple RAM +SD Card.
Browser when you open a "heavy site" uses actively writing files to the cache and Consumes memory. Proizvoditelnosti rested in the SD Card and all. Comfortable browsing will not work.
For "simple" problems - good for me.
For watching Movies from external/network media - suitable.
Network video is Kodi. Works flawlessly.
Rimworld - it is available for Linux but not for ARM architecture.
Well, if the memory card is big? 32 or 64 GB enough? Plus cache will delete tedious, but isn't going to work?
Not quite versed in processors, a kind of Linux for "Malinki" is, but the game under no one not suitable, right?
By the way, on Linux Rimwprld mods added also the same on Windose? And 1 RAM that should be enough. And save at the same versions and mods from Windows to Linux can I run? As with other prog be like?
Oh yeah, about competitor Malinki, Odroid, have you heard? There seem another processor? - otis.Hyatt commented on July 4th 19 at 22:57
:
was not referring to the size of the SD card, and its performance. To slow down you will have because of low speed read/write from/to SD card. - Esta_Upton commented on July 4th 19 at 23:00
it depends on the card or Board Malinki? - otis.Hyatt commented on July 4th 19 at 23:03
this way and that.
Odroid for example has the ability to connect faster flash storage.
Notice boards with Allwinner chip: banana pi, cubieboard.
They are more expensive but have SATA. - Esta_Upton commented on July 4th 19 at 23:06

Single Board computer Atom-enabled Windows called Intel Stick.
To use it you need a separate monitor, and Resberry pi 3 monitor to the Board itself to connect as part of it (not using HDML). - otis.Hyatt commented on July 4th 19 at 22:59
: There are all sorts of 86Duino, E-BOX on the percent from Vortex VIA. - Esta_Upton commented on July 4th 19 at 23:02
