How to build rpm package consisting of one script?

There is a script in Bash, which is (relatively) in /home/$user/bin/script.sh.
You need to create a rpm package (Yes, it has the rpm package), which will simply create the same directory tree and throw to the script. Of course, the file must be executable.
What you did: googled. "Building from source" - not my case.
And Yes, again, it needs the rpm package. There is such a need.
Please help :)
