As debit typescript in IntelliJ IDEA?

There are the usual js-debugger which connects to the browser via extension, but it doesn't work with typescript files, talkie is useless. Moreover, the debugger in chrome does not debajit generated. js files because they are loaded dynamically using systemJS.

Please explain to me how debajit ts in IntelliJ IDEA? And why dynamically loaded js dragutsa not even in the browser?
