Does the values of an object index? How to get it?

Butted question: there is an object with objects (like associative array), a light version of the code apply whether the properties of the object indexes?
Usually, when the console output the object methods and properties in a chaotic manner scattered.

const rooms = {
 bathroom: {
 param1: ",
 param2: "
},
 badroom: {
 param1: ",
 param2: "
},
 kitchen: {
 param1: ",
 param2: "
}
}

Here is the code if badroom, bathroom, kitchen, indexes?
