Hello, this problem occurs. There are two router tp-link wr740n receives. The first router is the cable from the provider (Beeline), then it is a cable to the second router, and from him to the computer and TV console. On the second router dhcp disabled, wi-fi, firewall, gave it an ip of 192.168.0.2 (the first router ip is 192.168.0.1), ie in fact made of him a regular switch. Computer gets ip from the first router, but says that the network is not identified, the first router is not pinged, and no Internet, the TV console is also not showing. What did I do wrong?
You wire incorrectly hooked up.
The cable from the LAN of the first router should be connected to the LAN of the second router.
And you have connected the LAN from the first router into the WAN of the second.

IP is not needed. only use the yellow ports! and the cable from the first router in the yellow too.

Yellow ports. Just the LAN port we need on the second router.
