How to set the path to your WP page?

All kind time of day.Needed to throw on the site(VP) one page,coded it myself,threw in "public_html/wp-content/themes/my theme."Created a page,put your template in the admin area,but does not see images and bootstrap grid,although the files are in the same folder.Thank you for your answer.
