How to synchronize user profiles in Sharepoint 2013 Active Directory?

There is a test SharePoint 2013 farm. Machines in the farm are running Windows Server 2012 R2. All machines are on the same subnet, all firewalls are turned off. Under the SharePoint administrator in AD manages user spadmin, which is included to the group domain users and Pre-Windows 2000 Compatible Access, and also permission Replicating Directory Changing. In General, the farm is working properly, difficulties arise when trying to run "sync service" user profile. In the services.msc I see service Forefront Identity Manager Synchronization Service and Forefront Identity Manager Service. When you try attempts from admini SharePoint start the "user profile synchronization service user" it goes into a state of "Start", long hanging, and then falls into "Stopped". In the services snap-in I see the following picture. The Forefront Identity Manager service Synchronization Service receives uchetku spadmin, goes from Disabled to Automatic as, some time hanging, and then falls again in the Disabled. The Forefront Identity Manager service Service does not react, does not receive accounts spadmin and all the time in the status of the Disabled.

Please tell me how can I start these services? In what direction to dig?

Managed to solve the problem.
As database server I use MS SQL 2014.
What would SharePoint 2013 and SharePoint 2013 SP1 properly to work with it it is necessary cumulative updates for October 2015.

Here is a link to the updates:

I also want to note that updates to SharePoint Foundation 2013 and SharePoint Server 2013 are different, be careful.
