Installing Linux on a laptop with two graphics cards, what are the pitfalls?

I want to try out Linux in the future if something will learn to have a desire to try out Kali.
On laptop two vidyahi, intel first, nvidia second. Are there any "bad" situation after installation of the image? As in Linux, and Kali.

Solution
If you play games on the laptop with Linux is not going to have everything integrated and easy to pull, but you can put drivers for your graphics card. The benefit Google is full of guides.

Kali Linux is the same with a set of programs.

Crap very much, and if you have a Radeon so twice. Proprietaria NVIDIA but works through bumblebee or Prime, or Optimus. And with the Radeon all in tears.
