Why the picture does not take the desired form?

Hello. I can't get on the website justme.matdev.ru the image to display completely. That is, if you look at the picture on the website and the original, the difference is visible.
The header itself is clearly stretched the screen size, but the image is inserted is not as you want. How to fix it?

Picture.

Solution
If You take a browser over the area and will change its dimensions (especially the proportions) and also to look at how the image, I think You can understand where my shoulder.
Yeah, like for a picture is allocated more seats than its size. But it is in 1920x1080 resolution. - jaquelin.Jacobi15 commented on July 4th 19 at 23:41
: for this .jm-head look carefully at what is written in the background and commas - Elmer.Upt commented on July 4th 19 at 23:44
even if before "no-repeat" to put a comma, it still will work the same. - jaquelin.Jacobi15 commented on July 4th 19 at 23:47
: BEFORE the no-repeat You already have your worth. Accordingly, the fact that after the last comma refers to the lower background has no image, no color, ie, nothing is applied. - Elmer.Upt commented on July 4th 19 at 23:50
: Thank you. - jaquelin.Jacobi15 commented on July 4th 19 at 23:53

Now everything seems normal
Well, the original shoulder to be seen, but not on the site. It's still a pretty decent part of the image. - jaquelin.Jacobi15 commented on July 4th 19 at 23:43
: use the property background-position: (top/bottom/center/left/right) - Elmer.Upt commented on July 4th 19 at 23:46
: or background-size: cover - jaquelin.Jacobi15 commented on July 4th 19 at 23:49
