If you need a drop-down list in the cell.
If you need is a filter, then I would do so. The solution to faster and more gracefully came up.
Max, thank you very much for the detailed answer, about that rough knew, but perhaps wryly described the issue.
I have used a table listing the debt (this is a standard template, called "Consolidated list", with a tick it yet) and now I've made 2 final field, which shows the sum total and the amount that is "debt, which returned", those debts (rows) selected.
And if you use filters that described above, is filtered, everything is OK, but the fields remain the same, the reasons are clear, because the Numbers just hides the fields that do not match the filter. Here, it is possible to do something? Or perhaps there is an alternative to "final" fields?
