How to upload image link with vk API?

Good time of day.

Found two topics with similar name here, but one person did not help, and secondly, and even said to download the link image cannot.
What is this nonsense?
Even in Google's first five pages on this subject do not give a sensible answer.

If manually, you can upload photos by specifying only a link in the message, then it is possible to implement in software, bypass download the machine image and then placing it via the api.

Posting pictures with hardy already set up and now have to figure out how to implement it by inserting only third-party links, a La cats.com/cat234.jpg.

Maybe someone knows something on this subject?
I will appreciate any answers.

Solution
To understand the principle of operation of attaching the images via a link, you need a little delve into what is happening when you insert the link to the picture:

Here is the second and the third query with simple names share & upload contain the link to the picture, and the last request to share in your response, which attacment done already contains a link to an image on server VK.
One to enjoy before - if a public VK-API this is not present, you first have to get a real access token, and then ask the user to enter a login and password, and secondly, to understand the original js-code VK, and understand how is the query.

Are you still sure you don't want to save the temp image to load via the usual API?)
