Django and Angular as to make a direct url?

When entering the url / html of a given page is connected to angular. After giving this page, all the work on routing already takes care of angular. How to make a direct transition to a specific url, bypassing the index page?
For example:
in index page there is a link to which handles angular, how to be navigating to this url passing a link is clicked in the index village?
