How to create a record within the domain, in order not to compromise the integrity of all the zones?

Hi all, there is the following situation. A domain name example.com with a fairly large number of records (the whole thing, naturally looks to the Internet). There is a record which references I need a subdomain ex1.example.com and resolvida it to the external ip address of my network. From inside the network, I need to request ex1.example.com users got ip address within the network with the hosted service.

Solution
Use the principle of Pinpoint DNS
Create a DNS Zone on your DC - ex1.example.com - create a blank A record with the private address of your server.
PS
About the fact that it was supposedly in 2012r2 do not listen -) This is not a feature of the server is simply a DNS (Split-DNS thing too harsh - tired to sync lists - PinpointDNS a special case SplitDNS - much easier to use them in corporate systems)

This is called split-dns. As far as I know, to win 2012 r2 inclusive vinda do not know how. Perhaps in 2016 to come up with something on this.
Solution: to put or spread Bind dns server respond to external queries and responding to internal.
or use Hairpin NAT on the router if he is able. - shanna commented on June 3rd 19 at 20:30
