Solution
You don't need Bind. Simply do not need.

The name you want to register, if you do not.
For this there are a lot of registrars - as in Russia so abroad. Choose any. Is the domain name that you will enter to access Your website. Vskidku - from domestic reg.ru of the foreign - godaddy.com

After you choose a name and register it - You should be able to configure the MX record for this domain name in the panel of Registrar. It all depends on the Registrar and it is better to ask those in support of the Registrar
I should add that Registrar, you can choose anyone, regardless of possessing the DNS dashboard, and take advantage of ulucami "Mail for domain" Yandex (http://pdd.yandex.ru). There is quite a good editor DNS. - Jensen.Rosenbaum commented on July 8th 19 at 11:17
Didn't work that way I Yandex, the host was a good DNS and delegated to it, if there was a need - sibyl_Pur commented on July 8th 19 at 11:20
