There are analogues esp8266 without WIFI, but bluetooth/BLE (tiny microcontroller with a BLE)?

Are there any popular microcontrollers with built-in bluetooth/BLE, small size (about ESP8266 and Arduino Nano not more) in the price range up to 500 rubles?

Enough:

TI: CC2541 (old, keep as central more than two connections, but checked)
TI: CC2640 (new, trendy, but there are bugs in the stack)
Nordic: nRF51822 (an old, proven, reliable)
Nordic: nRF52823 (new, lots of RAM, NFC)
ST: BlueNRG-1 (only recently announced, energy consumption is the best in peripheral mode)
Dialog: DA14583 (Dialogue Xiaomi your bracelets making, with horrible API)

There is a Toshiba, CSR, Cypress (a good way), Broadcom. In my opinion, only lazy today, BLE does not.
I can still see the Microchip or modules from Bluegiga (now Silabs). There is a scripting language and AT commands to control, it will be easier to take off.

HC-04, oddly enough, has on Board a fully-featured microcontroller. And to him Arduino figachat.
Hmm...didn't know. Thanks for the info. Also thought that it only as a bluetooth module for the other controller can be used. And HC-05, HC-06, well, the rest of HC-0* also have a microcontroller on Board? - Lemuel.Christians commented on July 8th 19 at 11:20

I have a rule, if you need some kind of chip, we first need to look at solutions from TI
