What's wrong with Wireshark?

Good afternoon. There is a network server virtualization (4x1000 lan port on mother Supermicro, 4x1000 pci-e network card intel)
gateway - virtual server with Kerio control and switch 48 ports.
I want to see how packets go from the local PBX. She is stuck in the switch. Run Wireshark with Kali (also a virtual server, virtual network card). In the end I see only broadcasts.
There are a few servers (all virtual network cards of vmware), is my standalone PC (also connected to the switch).
What am I doing wrong?

Well, the switch - he's smart, and packages all in a row does not send only to the recipient. So the single computer you can only see your or broadcast.
and how then to be? - Anita52 commented on July 8th 19 at 11:20

To configure a span port on the switch
