How to upgrade your mac?

Internet no need to update volume

Required
To update the OS as it is without connecting to the Internet on the Mac (there is Internet on the other computer)
ie you assume that there are some files to update, or direct distribution, etc.

Actually the issue is that I'm with Mac, while not friends and don't know where to download and how to put, help advice!?

download boot image (previously was on rutreker or NNM), boot into recovery mode and install)
