Why not updated the file on github?

I have the repo and a branch gh-pages.
In index.html in gh-pages connected 2 files from the master branch using https://cdn.rawgit.com.
Specifically interested in the question - why not load the new version of the file? I made a commit to the master branch, which updated the js script. Here it is: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/yarkovaleksei/pr...
And at https://cdn.rawgit.com/yarkovaleksei/preloader.css... the old version of the file.
