This question has already been asked on the Internet. The most reasonable solution I found this: Oscar which is kind of like popular and used on Western resources and ROBOKASSA which apparently is not supported. Is there any adequate solution for payment cards appropriate to our realities for the django project?

The adequacy of "our reality" is a subjective concept. Look at https://github.com/DrMartiner/django-yandex-kassa and if that doesn't suit, write for themselves, it is not so difficult.
