How to migrate system to SSD?

I have Windows 10 Insider Prewiew Build 14372.rs1_release.160620-2342. System and programs are on the HDD. The task is to migrate system to SSD, it is very desirable without programs, for only 120GB. Paragon Migrate OS does not want to work with Insider Prewiew. Says they say an unknown system I have. How to fix the problem? Thanks in advance!

View other program transfer, including from manufacturers SSD. The Samsung something different there, maybe others. I can't remember exactly, but I think I am in a transfer saw the choice of objects to be transferred (not just an interface extension?).
And then you can reinstall from scratch? For the time that the program is searched, and have pereustanovit everything. :)

Any program make image of the HDD and send it to the SSD.
What kind of OS is totally irrelevant.

If you want to do this without using third-party programs, you can and regular windows utilities - plugging the SSD, put it in the mirror to the HDD, wait for sync, then shut off and removed the HDD, loaded with a broken mirror and remove the mirror.
