How to create your build of debian to boot via PXE?

Good afternoon everyone! The service is a call centre of about 1000 people. The spread of technology from atoms with 2 gigs to stumps(3700) with 8 GB. For normal operation the operator of the browser and wine with vindovskoy program. For mass updates puppet raised. There is an idea to create a lightweight live distro (debian 8, openbox) and pour into the network, this will resolve many problems and to upgrade will only need one image. An interesting experience of people that have done similar pitfalls (such as load switches, the performance of the nettop, etc.). How can I create a lightweight live distro with the right packages?

Read about iPXE ipxe.org

This is a more powerful alternative pxe. I have done so pxe to load ipxe. Then the user mozhnt to choose what shipping. Lokalka, or through iscsi, and at night to boot automatically Linux for rendering.

Identity is engaged, but the matter is not brought.
I did: put Virualbox, created a new VM machine with vhd disk, put all the necessary software, back up the disk in gz ( that weighed less, the size is almost 4 times decreased), set up dhcp server, that would load the pxe. But then I was not able to solve the problem, it was postponed indefinitely.
I used grub4dos, loaded the vhd image in RAM ( ramdisk or memdisk in syslinux). the image was with win xp took somewhere 2GB ( in memory), i.e. you need to work on the workstation at least 3 gig of RAM.
But there is a problem, the image is not moved up from a tftp server. Thought of doing on syslinux and boot the image from a http server, but has not yet reached. that's the trouble with tftp did not understand.
The point in such perverted, because you anyway get to the licensing. If licensing to shit, one figure easier to use Windows PE for this purpose. - arnold2 commented on July 8th 19 at 11:36
: it's not about the license, place xp can be Linux. And how do you know MB I in the network kms server is configured with keys for XP?) - minnie.Shields87 commented on July 8th 19 at 11:39
This whole distorted - analogue without disk systems. Just disk to be connected not via iscsi, and loaded immediately into memory. one way - a lot of cars. in iscsi - how many cars so many images - minnie.Shields87 commented on July 8th 19 at 11:42

Excellent article - deployment of a Linux distribution using SCCM 2012, what you need.
