How to speed up Moodle cms?

Hello, is there a site/platform based on MOODLE for online training and certifications at:
the problem is that the system is very slow, can't cheer her up. :( (have seen many similar sites to Moodle, everything works well and loaded quickly)

The system is installed with the auto-installer application on the hosting Beget. Hosting in fact is not cheap, and have always been pleased with stability and speed, have someone optimize the operation of the platform? The hosting says that everything is configured fine on the server (caching and other php accelerators). I would be grateful for tips and hints on this issue...

There seems to have enabled debug topics. Google tells me that it is disabled in Appearance > Themes > Theme Settings

The first stage of any optimization analysis. Take the tools of monitoring htop, atop, iotop, iftop and see what brakes.

Thank you so much! Problem solved ,turn off "designer Mode themes" in the settings and everything was OK!

There's even a note under the option :
"Usually to improve performance, all images and stylesheets of the theme are cached in browsers and on the server for a very long time. If You design or edit the source code, you should probably enable this option to not use the version from the cache. Warning: Your website will work slower for all users! Instead, you can manually clear the cache on the "Select theme"."
