Symbian and mobile app with HTML/CSS/JS?

Hello!

I want to write a Symbian application.
There is a set of knowledge → HTML/CSS/JS node.js

Found NativeScript for mobile app development → but it is for Android or iOS.
I need the same "set", but to create an application for Symbian.
Tell me what you can create app? PhoneGap? Cordova?

P. S: the App I write for myself. Love Symbian mobile phone.
