How to make clickable the whole area enhanced with scale on the IPad?

The thing I ifram VK likes raschityval bytransform: scale(13, 30);but appadi click is not considered,it is as if the element stretches to full screen but the click is made at the height of the height 24 of the widget (default from VC) .

As for IOS, you can make the clickable area to the whole screen?

The trick with scale runs on a PC with Windows,but not iPad....
