How to remove all color from the site, contrast at 0?

Hello, please tell me how to make so that the whole site covered an empty div with the grayscale() filter, but I'd like to use the site(i.e. all under the wonder of it was clickable)

UPD:
Even if not using CSS, is there a way in JS to reset all background to white and color to black?

Solution
To all of the elements kept the CTR for the diva, which will cover the website, add property pointer-events:none.
as it turned out, just specify an empty div with the grayscale filter does not work......, it just does not include this filter - Reilly.Doyle64 commented on July 8th 19 at 11:50

: then try this: .contrast {
-webkit-filter: grayscale(100%);
-moz-filter: grayscale(100%);
-ms-filter: grayscale(100%);
-o-filter: grayscale(100%);
filter: grayscale(100%);
filter: url(grayscale.svg#greyscale); /* Firefox 4+ */
filter: gray; /* IE 6-9 */

Try playing with css filter grayscale. But, it is not the imposition div'and empty, and the filter is applied to all items on the website. The option overlay is only possible using canvas - you could just paint over everything that is under a scope.

Better tell me where you're from, it will be easier to tell. In General,"
reset background to white and color to black
"then something like
*, *:before, *:after {
 background-color: white !important;
 background-image: none !important;
 color: black !important;
}
