How to flash IP-TV STB Motorola Vip 1003?

Switched to another provider but still connected to the Rostelecom bought from them IPTV set-top box Motorola vip1003 and want to watch IPTV the other provider. It is roelofsma firmware and of course the cable is there-ment of the provider to push is meaningless. Found the firmware but there is no instruction (https://sourceforge.net/projects/vip19x0.arris/fil... please Help this is not a Lek question.
