Low entry threshold Framework7 (quite good result), it is easier, probably not much.
Not required knowledge, for example, angular, enough html+js for half an hour you can understand and make a first heated

Has native interface for ios7-9 and under material design. Templates of all standard elements (lists, buttons, menus, etc.), you only need to arrange them manually (for each item there is an example on the website) (scroll bars on a mobile device will not be)

Easy to learn language Lua. Low entry threshold, a lot of examples.
