Storing this kind of information MySQL?

Good afternoon. Please give some advice on how best to implement the structure of the database
to store the information. The site has a calendar of orders, similar to this link.
I especially didn't think and made the following kind of table, and throw out information that's not quite right.

======================================================================
id, place, name, phone, email, note, discount, price, time, state, day, month, year
======================================================================

But now I understand that it's not quite what I need. If the customer for example choose consecutive 16.00|17.00|.18.00 in the time column will be placed next write - 16.00 - 18.00.

That is, when the page is loaded from the database:
1. Immediately get information about the time to which nothing can be ordered.
2. When choosing a free time, one hour - one record in the database, and if a person for example choose consecutive 16.00|17.00|.18.00 the table will be created 3 records.

I was thinking to make more tables.
1. Table Reserve - here is stored the time in which it is impossible to make an order

====================================
id, place, day, month, year
====================================

2. Table Clients - there will be stored information about the customer who ordered a certain time

====================================
id, place, name, phone, email, note
====================================

3. The Orders table here is actually time. Here I think to keep a time chosen by the customer. Each hour as a separate record in the database.

Please tell me what the DB structure you would do to store this kind of information. And in fact in what form it can be stored in the example given above.

time, state, day, month, year = timestamp ?
state = reserve(this is conditional, I thought to make a selection of busy days with this column. Timestamp rest do not understand the perversity of approach is likely to be undone, and over time, day, month, year will meet only 1 column. - Efren.Witting commented on July 8th 19 at 12:10
