How to remove Windows 7 and ubuntu 15.04?

The computer has windows 7 and ubuntu 15.04, at startup, I choose what OS to run. Fully decided now to remove windows 7 and ubuntu 15.04 and put on a computer is pure ubuntu 16.04. But the question asked how to remove it all? There is 2 partition drive C where is windows 7 and D where are my files.
