The computer has windows 7 and ubuntu 15.04, at startup, I choose what OS to run. Fully decided now to remove windows 7 and ubuntu 15.04 and put on a computer is pure ubuntu 16.04. But the question asked how to remove it all? There is 2 partition drive C where is windows 7 and D where are my files.

The Ubuntu installer includes advanced features markup. On the step "installation Type"* select "Other"* this will allow you to delete and create the necessary sections. You can boot Ubuntu from the installation mode, and the mode of examination to see which section of which (where the data is, and where the system can compare them by numbers, label, size, free space), i.e. to protect themselves from removal of the desired section.
