How to write Android app with AngularJS on the front and Firebase for the backend?

Whether you can just do not use Java, and write the whole client in js? Are interested in the bundle with Firebase. Ionic as the official Libu, they drank, as I understand it, and AngularFire works only for web and mobile, does not apply. I was told that you can write a "minimal" standard app on Android and add Tulsa, the type of browser and display the front page in the browser. Whether this approach is right to life? Are there other options? Can you give examples, or throw links to similar projects on github?

Why not?

There is a ready "wrapper with Java", built on this principle, such as Cordova/PhoneGap, a single line of Java code to write is not necessary.

Write a mobile version of the website, meaning mobile applications?
