Two sites with the same design. Does it affect promotion in Google?

Created a website on a specific topic, with quite a bit of time to do quality layout. There is a need to create another website already on another subject. I want to use the template for the first website to create a second. Then there will be a difference in content, the arrangement of elements on the sidebar and color scheme of the design. All class names will remain the same.
