Is it worth to buy ImpactJS?

Yesterday I came across an interesting JS engine, allows you to make 2D and 3D games.

Here's the question: it interested me and I want to buy it. Is it worth it?
Knowledge of JS,but I as a novice when you create the game will require both the design and code.

Buy or not, the problem will remain. If you have no knowledge and desire to study it, time will definitely be spent in the shuffle.
