How to find/download an algorithm/code at js?

I need to translate the name of the chemical formula with SMILES in the normal molecular formula.

For example,
CC(=O)OC1=CC=CC=C1C(=O)O - in the name of SMILES
C9H8O4 - common molecular formula

I was told that it can be done here online:

pubchem.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov /rest/pug/compound/ smiles/CC(=O)OC1=CC=CC=C1C(=O)O/property/MolecularFormula/JSON

Just need to replace CC(=O)OC1=CC=CC=C1C(=O)O another formula in SMILES format and then you will get a response with the molecular formula:

So, as I understand it, it is done by some algorithm. How do I find/download this algorithm/code from there?

here are some vague details, but they don't help

Solution
Bad Google means.
Converter
OELib
----------
Wrap the Converter in a REST interface, and can use it from anywhere
----------
In principle, can tear the code Converter and to collect in my program, but it is longer and license potential problems
how to rip a Converter? - carlos_Leannon commented on July 8th 19 at 15:33
:
1 downloading the source code from here openbabel.org/wiki/Install_(source_code)
2 Learn what causes it, and where is the transformation algorithm.
3 Copy it
4 Trying to assemble the resulting program.

Yes, without at least a superficial knowledge of C++ you can not do - ned.Altenwerth commented on July 8th 19 at 15:36
: okay, thanks! :) - carlos_Leannon commented on July 8th 19 at 15:39

From there the algorithm will not download. Google's algorithm.
not Google :( - carlos_Leannon commented on July 8th 19 at 15:35
