Actually a subject in the header, if you know the ip of the server with the site is it possible from open sources to find out which DC it is?

Solution
  • Traceroute to IP address may disclose the selling address of the name of the DC or Association with its operators.
  • You can see the owner of the IP address via the RIPE Whois: https://apps.db.ripe.net/search/query.html . Most likely the owner will be a data centre or operator network.

Solution
In the General case.
The IP may belong to the load balancer, CDN, etc.
Ie to know where this address is often difficult, however, to find out where is actually the server itself, it is a problem, because its location often has nothing to do with ip address which is used for input.
Therefore, the easiest and guaranteed way is to ask the owner.

Solution
Only if UI belongs to Datacenter and there may be nuances
In other cases, probably not - because you do not know what a data center or a DDoS Proteccion service now advertised the network(the prefix) which is IP address of the site.
