Strangely, i7 earned 8.4 points, and i5 - 8, why at the bottom it says that the i5 won? - Dixie_Quigley commented on July 8th 19 at 15:49

: And the rest of the graphs i7 wins. And he has more points in total. Then I do not understand the logic of these graphs - what is it? - Dixie_Quigley commented on July 8th 19 at 15:55
: Yes I also noticed some bugs on the website.

Solution
In short: a normal i5 laptop, i7 - low power (important for battery life and bad performance). ULV processors more for any ultrabook/tablet right (where the critical time from the battery), and are not designed under a huge load. Roughly: i5-xxxxHQ approximately equal to desktop i3 in performance, and the i7-xxxxU - closer to Pentium Gxxxx
